Our most important responsibility is the safety and well-being of our team members. We know achieving and sustaining an injury-free workplace requires continuous effort that will never be finished. In 2024, we introduced safety standdowns, where we paused work at all our facilities to focus on safety without distractions.

Engaging Communities

To accomplish our community engagement strategy, we leverage our people, products and resources to support our communities. Since 2021, we invested $14.4 million in partnerships and programs that support childhood education and critical community needs.
