David Petratis became chairman of the board on Jan 1, 2026. He previously served as lead independent director since 2021.
Petratis is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Allegion plc. He led Allegion’s spinoff in 2013 and has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, global commercial markets and strategy development, serving in a variety of leadership positions throughout his 40-year career.
